+Do I need my school to buy TSMS?
No. TSMS is for one teacher. You create your own account, set up your own classes, and use it for your students — no principal approval, no school rollout.
+Does TSMS handle fees?
No — TSMS has no fees module. It covers attendance, marks, student records, analytics, and reports. That is the point: it does the teaching record-keeping, nothing else.
+I mark tests on paper. Does TSMS work for me?
Yes. TSMS is built for paper-based tests: you mark on paper, then enter the marks. TSMS works out totals, grades, and positions, and prints the result cards.
+What happens to my data if I stop paying?
Nothing is deleted for non-payment. If a paid plan lapses, your account becomes read-only after a 7-day grace period — you can still view and export everything.
+Can I export my data?
Yes. You can export your records as CSV at any time, on any plan — including Free. Your data stays yours.
+How do I pay?
By bank transfer (upload your payment receipt in Billing and the owner activates your plan) or by PayFast card payment. Prices are in PKR.
+Is there a free plan?
Yes — Free covers up to 20 students with attendance, marks, basic analytics, and 2 reports. Upgrade to Pro or Max when you outgrow it.
