1. Who we are

2. What we collect
To run your account: your email address, your chosen display name, and your password (stored as a secure hash by the authentication provider — TSMS never sees your password in plain text). What you record: the student, class, attendance, test and marks data you enter, plus photos and documents you upload. Billing: the plan you choose, payment requests, uploaded payment screenshots, and receipts. Support: messages you send us. TSMS does not use any AI service, and no student data is sent to any AI provider.
3. Where data is hosted and who can access it
Data is hosted on Supabase (database, authentication and file storage). Your data belongs to your tenant: only you and the users you add under your plan can see it. The platform owner (admin) can access tenant data only for support or billing, and every admin action is logged. TSMS does not sell your data or your students’ data.
4. How we use your data
To provide TSMS (store and show your records, compute your analytics and reports), to operate billing (verify payments, issue receipts, remind you before expiry), and to keep the service secure. We do not use your student records for advertising or for training any model.
5. Export and deletion
You can export all your tenant’s data at any time from Settings. If you ask for your account to be deleted, your tenant data is deleted and cannot be recovered — ask the owner at [owner contact email — owner to supply]. Payment records may be retained as required for accounting and receipts. Data is never deleted for non-payment: if a paid plan lapses, your account becomes read-only, not deleted.
6. Cookies and security
TSMS uses only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and remember your theme preference. Uploaded files are stored in private storage and accessed only through short-lived signed links. If you believe there is a security problem, contact [owner contact email — owner to supply].
7. Changes
