Terms of Service
Last updated: [date the owner publishes these terms].
1. What TSMS is
Teacher Student Management System (“TSMS”) is a web application for individual teachers to record students, classes, attendance, tests and marks, and to produce reports from those records. TSMS is provided by [selling identity / legal entity name — owner to supply]. By creating an account or using TSMS, you agree to these terms.
2. Your account
You sign up with an email address and password and confirm your email. Your account is a tenant: on paid plans you may add the number of additional users your plan allows (Pro: 2, Max: 3). You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done under your account. Tell the owner promptly if you believe your account has been misused.
3. Your data
The student records you enter belong to you. TSMS stores them so you can use the service, and does not sell them. You are responsible for having the right to record the personal data you enter (for example, student names and marks) and for complying with the rules that apply to you as a teacher. You can export your data at any time from Settings. If you stop using TSMS, your data is kept as described in the Privacy Policy.
4. Plans, limits and fair use
TSMS offers Free, Pro and Max plans as described on the Pricing page. Each plan has limits (students, team seats, sessions, classes, subjects, storage, reports, import and rollover). When you hit a limit, nothing is deleted — the affected resource goes read-only with an upgrade message. You may not resell access, share one account across unrelated teachers, or use TSMS to store unlawful content.
5. Payment, renewal and expiry
Paid plans are paid by bank transfer: you transfer the fee to the bank account shown in Billing and upload a screenshot of the transfer. The owner reviews the request and activates or renews your plan; the period starts on approval (or, for a renewal of the same plan while it is still active, at the end of the current period). A numbered receipt is issued for every payment. If a paid period ends, you get 7 days of full access (grace), then TSMS becomes read-only until you renew — your data is never deleted for non-payment. Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy.
6. Availability and changes
TSMS is provided on a best-effort basis; occasional downtime for maintenance can occur. The owner may change these terms or the plans; material changes will be announced in the app, and launch tenants keep their launch terms for at least 12 months if prices or limits change. The owner may suspend an account that breaks these terms.
7. Liability
TSMS is a record-keeping tool. You remain responsible for the accuracy of your records and for decisions you make from them. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. These terms do not limit liability that cannot be limited by law.
