How payment works
Paid plans are paid by bank transfer or PayFast: after signing up, open Billing, choose Pro or Max and monthly or annual. Bank transfer: transfer the fee to the bank account shown there, upload a screenshot of the transfer, and the owner reviews it and activates your plan — the period starts on approval. PayFast: pay by card, bank, or wallet on PayFast's site and your plan activates automatically once PayFast confirms the payment. A numbered receipt is issued for every payment.
Price lock: launch tenants keep their launch terms for at least 12 months if prices or limits change later.
Limits: hitting a limit never deletes data — the resource goes read-only with an upgrade message. Downgrades behave the same way.
Refunds: full refund within 7 days of first payment; no refund for a started month thereafter. See the Refund Policy.
